Review the active-member count shown in Billing & Subscription → Limits & Capabilities when choosing your plan.
A staff account has access to manage the gym. The owner uses one of Free's two staff places. A staff member only also counts toward the member allowance if they qualify as an active member.
The person responsible for billing can open Admin Panel → Billing & Subscription → Your Subscription to review the gym's plan.
Use the web app for Switch Plan. Review the available options, billing interval, amount, and effective date before confirming a change. Limits & Capabilities helps you review the allowances available to your gym.
