Enterprise is a custom Gymplify software plan for organizations whose needs extend beyond the standard plans. We discuss your requirements together and agree the scope, pricing, and terms before you get started.
When Enterprise makes sense
You may need more member capacity, have several locations to consider, or have specific implementation and support requirements. Tell us how your organization works so we can assess whether a standard plan or an Enterprise agreement is the right fit.
What we agree together
- Capacity & locations
- Your active-member allowance, staff needs, and how the plan will cover the locations or businesses involved.
- Features & implementation
- The workflows you need, setup and rollout requirements, and any requests for a custom-branded app, integrations, or bespoke development.
- Support & service levels
- The support included and any additional arrangements, such as a dedicated contact or a service-level agreement.
- Pricing & terms
- A quote based on the agreed scope, including subscription fees, any additional services, billing arrangements, and contract terms.
Custom development, integrations, branded apps, and contractual service levels need to be scoped and explicitly agreed. Discussing a requirement does not mean it is already available or included.
