Using a custom-branded gym app
Your gym's branded app has its own applicable terms and privacy information. Open the documents provided in that app or on its website.
Operating a gym app
Additional owner-specific terms apply when creating and operating a gym app. The creation flow asks the owner to review and accept them.
Your gym is also responsible for the agreements it maintains with its members. A Gymplify software subscription and a member's gym membership are separate relationships.
