Getting started

Choose the path that matches what you need to do. Everyone signs in with a personal Gymplify account; your relationship with a gym determines what you can access.

I am setting up a gym

1. Create your account and verify your email when prompted.
2. Create your gym's app.
3. Set up modules, home-screen widgets, and gym details.
4. Add your team and set up staff access.
5. Add your first member and their membership.
6. Check the member experience before inviting the rest of your gym.

I work at a gym or coach its members

1. Sign in to your own account.
2. Ask your gym to connect the account to your existing profile.
3. Ask the person who manages your gym's team access to give you the permissions you need.
4. Open the correct gym and its Admin Panel.
5. Follow the staff guide for member management, coaching, and daily operations.

Do not create another gym app to get staff access. Joining the existing gym and receiving an appropriate role connects you to the right members and records.

I am a gym member

1. Install Gymplify or the branded app your gym recommends.
2. Create an account or sign in to your existing one.
3. Show staff the QR code on Join App.
4. Open your gym and check that your membership is connected.
5. Use the member guide to check in, train, and track progress.

I am both staff and a member

Use your personal account for both. Open the Admin Panel when working with other members; use your member view for your own training and gym membership.

Your permissions apply separately to each connected gym. Having staff access at one gym does not grant access to another gym's staff tools.

Something is missing

First check that you are signed in to the correct account and have selected the correct gym. Staff tools depend on your app role. Member features depend on the gym's enabled modules and access settings.
