Connect to the gym's Wi-Fi
For gym members and staff. Where your gym offers it, you can join its Wi-Fi from the app.
Join the network
- Open your account menu.
- Select Connect Wi-Fi.
In the iOS and Android app, your phone joins the network. On some Android phones, allow the Wi-Fi suggestion in your notifications. When you are connected, the menu shows Wi-Fi connected.
On the web, or where the phone cannot join from the app, the app shows the Network name and the Password. Choose the network in your Wi-Fi settings and use Copy to paste the password.
Connect Wi-Fi is missing
Check that you have selected the right gym. If the menu still has no Connect Wi-Fi, your gym does not share its Wi-Fi in the app; ask the team.
