Delete User Data

We take your data safety and privacy seriously. Below you will find instructions on how to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to delete your Account

To delete your account, follow the following steps:

1. In the app, click on your Avatar
2. Click on "Account"
3. Scroll down and click on "Delete Account"
4. Type "DELETE" to confirm the deletion, then click on "DELETE"

This will remove all your app data and unlink your account from all connected apps. All your personally entered data, such as account information, recorded workout or weighings, will be permanently deleted. We do not keep any of your data after account deletion.

Exception: Data in responsibility by the App Owner (e.g. Gym)

App instance owners, such as gyms, might enter data on your behalf into the application (CRM) when they manage your account within the application. This is data the instance owner is responsible for and might need for management purposes beyond your usage of the application.

If you want that the responsible app instance owner deletes all the data they have about you (e.g. membership details), please contact them directly as a first step.
