Delete User Data ​
We take your data safety and privacy seriously. Below you will find instructions on how to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to delete your account ​
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- In the app, click on your Avatar
- Click on "Account"
- Scroll down and click on "Delete Account"
- Type "DELETE" to confirm the deletion, then click on "DELETE"

This will remove all your app data and unlink your account from all connected apps. All data you entered yourself—such as account information and recorded workouts or weigh-ins—will be permanently deleted. We do not keep any of your data after account deletion.
Exception: data managed by the app owner (e.g. your gym)
App instance owners (such as gyms) may enter data on your behalf when they manage your membership and account in their app instance. This data is managed by the app instance owner and may be required for their operations beyond your direct usage of the app.
If you want the responsible app instance owner to delete all data they hold about you (for example, membership details), please contact them directly as a first step.
