Active members are those who have checked in or used your gym services within the last 30 days. Inactive members don't count toward your plan limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?

If you exceed the limit, you simply won't be able to add another membership until one of your members membership expires or you upgrade your plan. Everything else will still work as you are used to.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Your free plan serves as an extended trial. You can test all basic features before upgrading to access advanced capabilities.
