Member Management Module ​
The Member Management module is the foundation of your Gymplify app instance: it lets you manage members, their profile data, and their membership status.

What it does ​
- Manage all members in your app.
- Sign members up directly, or connect a member account to your app.
- Manage profile data such as name, birthday, contact information, emergency contact, a member photo, and custom notes.
- View member statistics.
- Manage a member’s memberships.
- Add pauses to memberships, optionally extending the membership by the pause duration.
- See membership status and define what members can do in the app based on their status.
- See whether members are currently online.
- Members can log in to the app, view their own profile & see their membership status
Memberships ​

Pausing a membership ​
You can pause memberships to reflect temporary inactivity (e.g. injury, vacation). A pause can optionally extend the membership by the same duration.
Current rules:
- Only active memberships can be paused (future memberships can’t be paused).
- Pauses cannot overlap.
- Pauses must be within the membership start/end range.
- If a future membership is already planned, the active membership cannot be extended due to a pause.
