Social Login removes Password FAQ-1 ​

Question ​

I signed in with my social account and I can't log in to my account with my email & password anymore.

Answer ​

This happens when your email/password credentials were not verified, i.e., your email was not verified. Our authentication backend (Firebase) removes any previous unverified mechanism of sign-in and any existing sessions will be invalidated.

This happens for security reasons. You always have the option to link a password and verify your email after a login with a social provider.
