Wi-Fi for members and staff

For staff who manage gym settings. The Wi-Fi module lets members and staff join your gym's network from the app instead of asking at the desk.

Wi-Fi is available on every plan. It is off until you turn it on.

Set up your networks

1. Open App → Modules, find Wi-Fi and select Turn on.
2. Open Configure.
3. Under Members Wi-Fi, enter the Network name exactly as phones show it, choose the Security (WPA/WPA2 or Open (no password)) and enter the Password.
4. Optionally, fill in Staff Wi-Fi for a separate staff network. If it is empty, staff see the members Wi-Fi.

Only your members and staff can read the password. Staff Wi-Fi is visible to staff only.

How people connect

Members and staff open Connect Wi-Fi in their account menu. In the iOS and Android app, the phone joins the network with one tap. On the web, the app shows the network name and a Copy button for the password.

Connection problems

Check that the network name matches exactly, including upper and lower case, and that the password is current. After you change the router password, update it here.
